The Grillin Brazilian food truck makes delicious, freshly grilled food, with a memorable level of service your guests are sure to enjoy. Perfect for weddings, or any special event, our fresh Brazilian specialties appeal to all palates, from kiddos to grown-ups. With our fully-equipped commercial kitchen, we can serve a 5-7 course meal for up to 150 guests, including appetizers and desserts!
Chef Natalia creates customized menus for all events, based around high-quality, fresh ingredients. Everything is scratch-made on-site in our open Airstream kitchen, enhancing the experience even further. If you stand close enough, you’ll even get to enjoy our kitchen samba music (and perhaps some dancing and poor singing)!
Our 1974 Airstream Argosy is a unique and rare creature from the RV family; completely renovated and remodeled with a fully-equipped commercial kitchen capable of serving hundreds of hungry people. Our 8’ service window pops-up to create an open-kitchen concept, welcoming guests to our “home”.
Each guests gets 1 “ticket”, which can be redeemed for a predetermined meal. Guests simply redeem their ticket in exchange for 1 item off the event menu. Includes entree, rice, green salad, and soda/water; option to add appetizer and/or brigadeiro soft truffle for additional fee.
Food Truck Feast
Ideal for graduation parties, birthdays, and family gatherings where a wide number of guests may arrive. We’ll set up a buffet of sides and cold salads next to the food truck, with a carving station at the truck service window. Guests can come and go as they please and enjoy the dinner service for 1-2 hours.
Wedding Receptions + Rehearsals
We kick things off with a few rounds of hors d’oeuvres as guests arrive, which can be be “ordered” at our service window in true food truck fashion! For larger parties, we’ll include a spread of local charcuterie, cheeses, veggies, and fruit for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.
As guests mingle and enjoy the laid-back vibe, we’ll be churning out multiple rounds of delicious appetizers and entrees “rodizio-style” for 3 hours (Rodizio in Brazil simply means “a steady rotation of various foods”). Then we cap the night off with a few decadent desserts before packaging up any left-overs for you’re party to enjoy late-night, or the next day!

Ticket Service: $13/person includes meal (2 skewers, rice, salad, farofa) + drink, and 2 hour service. Add appetizer + $3-5/per, add brigadeiro soft truffles $2/per. Minimum fee $750 weekday Mon-Thurs, $1200 Fri-Sun.
Food Truck Feast: $15+/person includes 1-2 appetizers, 2-3 proteins, 2-3 sides, 1-2 desserts, and 2 hour service. Minimum fee $750 weekday Mon-Thurs, $1200 Fri-Sun.
Weddings/Rehearsals: We design each wedding menu around the specifics of your day/ceremony; menu typically includes cheese and charcuterie board, 2-4 appetizers, 3-4 entrees, 2-3 sides/salads, and 2 desserts. Price ranges from $25-50 per guest, depending on the menu. Minimum fee $1500; $2500 during peak season (August/September). Contact us for a sample menu and quote!
