The Sampa Kitchen food truck (and Grillin Brazilian food cart!) make delicious, freshly grilled food, with a memorable level of service your guests are sure to enjoy. Perfect for weddings, or any special event, our fresh Brazilian specialties appeal to all palates, from kiddos to grown-ups. With our fully-equipped commercial kitchen, we can serve a 5-7 course meal for up to 150 guests, including appetizers and desserts!
Chef Natalia creates customized menus for all events, based around high-quality, fresh ingredients. Everything is scratch-made on-site in our mobile kitchen, enhancing the experience even further. If you stand close enough, you’ll even get to enjoy our kitchen samba music (and perhaps some dancing and poor singing)!
Modeled after a home in my old neighborhood in Sao Paulo, we built our “tiny house” food truck from scratch as a warm and welcoming gathering place for guests. This kitchen on wheels is capable of serving hundreds of hungry folks at weddings, special events, corporate parties, and more! For smaller events and areas, we also have a food cart - great for smaller events and/or locations where a large food truck may not fit.

Get Sampa Kitchen on your weekly food truck calendar! We regularly schedule weekday lunch service with a variety of local businesses in Southern Maine. Simply email us some general information about your location, how many employees, and the date(s) you’d like to have a food truck available. Generally speaking, we are available Wednesday thru Friday for lunch service.
Weddings + Rehearsal Dinners
Having a barn wedding, or just looking to enjoy a more “laid back” vibe on your special day? Hire a food truck! Our mobile kitchen can serve up to 160 guests, with a variety of service formats (buffet, family style, plated meals, passed appetizers, etc). We also have numerous other food trucks we work closely with and can pair up for even larger events, and more food options - just ask!
We’ll typically start things off with an hour or so of appetizers (during “cocktail hour”), prepping multiple rounds of authentic bites. As your guests are noshing and enjoying the laid-back vibes, we’ll begin prepping the entree round of freshly-grilled items. Depending on party size, the entree round will be plated (smaller groups) or buffet style (larger groups). And just like any traditional Brazilian churrasco, guests are encouraged to come back for more!
After an hour or so we’ll cap the night off with a few decadent desserts paired with fresh Brazilian coffee (optional) before packaging up any left-overs for you’re party to enjoy late-night, or the next day!

Lunch Hour Food Truck Service: no fee for companies/buildings of 400+ employees.
Catered Luncheons, Parties, + Corporate Events: $15-20+ per person, depending on appetizers and protein choices. $1200 minimum Mon-Thurs, $2000 Fri/Sat/Sun.
Weddings/Rehearsals: We design each wedding menu around the specifics of your day/ceremony; menu typically includes 2-4 appetizers, 3-4 grilled proteins, 2-3 sides/salads, and 2 desserts. Price ranges from $25-50 per guest, depending on the menu and meat selection. Minimum fee $3000; $4000 during peak season (August/September). Add-ons: cheese/charcuterie boards (from third party), additional staff, passed appetizers, table bussers, additional service time
Travel Fees: no fee for first 15 miles, $2.50/mile thereafter
Not included in price: 8% Maine State sales tax, 18% Gratuity, travel fee (if applicable)
